Urns of Endearment is extremely happy to be able to bring a very special offering to those who insist on a unique work of art for internment. Please read further about these creations and the artists behind them.
The Adcock Collection
The earthy, primitive tonalities and textures of the fibers and of the sagger and smoke-fired stoneware combine to create a vessel that reveals the various media as being not only mutually compatible, but as actually enhancing the inherent beauty of each. Michael and Christine have been collaborating for over 20 years, and have never ceased to be inspired by the possibilities of their craft.
The David Houle Collection
All of our wooden urns in this collection are made using solid wood materials are 7/8 of a inch thick this makes a solid Urn. The carvings are done in a bass relief style carving (raised) all are hand carved and sanded smooth and stained showing the beauty of the wood. The final finish has a sanding sealer and two top coats of lacquer. They are bottom loading.
Wooden Urns
Our wooden urns are made from
beautiful exotic woods. All have a rich hand polished finish and are the most
unique urns on the market. They are exotic urns that are unobtrusive,
affordable, and will become a
family heirloom. Each urn is lovingly handcrafted and is unique in its color
and appearance. They are designed to be very subtle, very elegant, and most
importantly art forms that do not easily reveal their contents, as does the
typical urn.
Marble Urns
Our natural red marble urns are of the highest quality and are individually handcrafted -- each turned on a lathe and polished to a brilliant sheen. Because each is hand-done, no two urns will look identical. The result is a one of a kind piece that is in itself unique. The marble comes from the Andes Mountains in South America and is a the only
place in the world it is found. Its beautiful appearance is attributable to balance of red color and the natural veining in the stone. A truly distinctive piece.
